The heavens have opened up once again and brightened up this Sunday. Hope everyone is having a relaxed and beautiful day, too!
I woke up with a plan this morning: finish watching/note-taking for the two accounting lectures I have missed, drop off the stacks and stacks of unwanted clothes at the Recycled Boutique, edit my CV and print copies out to be given to some shops later today or early tomorrow. Done the first. But took me longer than planned because of my incessant “need” to check my phone and facebook notifications (I may be having a problem….anyone willing to study me?). Went to the boutique but they were not taking any items for selling until Monday next week so my huge black bag full of clothes were left in the lockers for safekeeping. And I didn’t do shizz with my CV which ain’t good. Not good at all. Buuuuut while sitting in front of the computer, in and out-of-focus with accounting, I got a call from an Electoral Commission staff telling me I got an interview! Jumped from my seat and power-walked into the printing room then down the stairs (sorry library-folks for my semi-loud voice) to listen and ask more about the deets. Anyway, the job is only for a day but who cares! I’m ecstatic! After my 4-day training at Pita Pit and random writing work for my parents’ research company, this will be the next paid work I will get a chance to put my foot on…Fingers crossed I do good on Thursday for that interview 🙂 Anyway, by around 5pm, when all those stuff have been done and dusted, I planned on heading home but got carried away with taking random photos around the AU campus and surrounding area.

The photos above are a few from that mini-excursion I did late this afternoon. Hope you like it. Sorry for the bad lighting but that’s all I can do with my old Minolta camera at that moment. Hope everyone’s having a lovely day. Xx
